These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pistosip.com (the "Site"), operated by Pistos Information Protection LLC ("Pistos," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to the marketing website only; access to and use of the Pistos Compliance Sentinel platform (app.pistosip.com) is governed by its own Terms of Service and any agreement between you and Pistos.
The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Pistos and its services. You may view and use it for your own lawful, non-commercial reference. You agree not to misuse the Site — including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or security, scraping or harvesting content at scale, introducing malicious code, or using it in violation of any law or the rights of others.
Content on the Site — including descriptions of regulations, frameworks, and our methodology — is general information, not legal, regulatory, compliance, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. Using the Site does not create any advisory, consulting, or attorney–client relationship. Any engagement of Pistos services is governed by a separate written agreement. You should obtain professional advice for your specific circumstances.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, layouts, logos, and the Pistos name and marks — are owned by Pistos or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for the informational purposes described above. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site’s content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Information you submit through the Site (for example, a briefing request) is handled as described in our Privacy Statement. You agree to provide accurate information and not to submit anything unlawful, infringing, or confidential that you do not have the right to share.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York.
